Chỉ một thời gian ngắn sau khi bắt đầu chạy bộ, tôi nhận ra thế giới xung quanh mình đã đổi khác rất nhiều.
Cuộc sống trở nên nhẹ nhàng và đáng yêu hơn khi tôi suy nghĩ như 1 runner thực thụ.
Mỗi sáng dậy sớm chạy bộ, tôi nhận ra những nét đẹp thật yên bình từ những con đường yên tĩnh, từ sự trong veo mát lành của những hàng cây, từ những nụ cười và cái gật đầu thân thiện của những runner chạy ngược chiều, những người mà tôi biết chắc rằng, cũng như tôi, họ đang tận hưởng niềm vui ở ngay trong tầm tay mình.
Chạy bộ thật thú vị!
Và nếu bây giờ được hỏi, tôi sẽ trả lời ngay rằng chạy bộ rất dễ, khi bạn có những người bạn đồng hành cùng chia sẻ những cung đường, những niềm vui, những bước tiến đáng kinh ngạc mà bạn chưa bao giờ nghĩ đến. Chỉ cần xỏ giày, bước ra đường, mọi thứ còn lại sẽ đến thật tự nhiên.
Blog này được lập nên để lưu lại những trải nghiệm và chia sẻ tất cả những góc cạnh xoay quanh chủ đề chạy bộ. Và để cho phong phú, running blog còn có sự tham gia của những người bạn runner thân thiết mà tôi đã may mắn kết bạn được từ những đường chạy hàng ngày.
